Rolling Oaks Supper Club sits next to the beautiful Rolling Oaks Golf Course. We serve sit-down meals, take-out and curbside service Tuesday through Saturday. Catering for weddings, corporate events and special occasions are an added specialty. ASSISTANT COOK
The Assistant Cook position is part-time. Hours worked weekly will range from 10 to 20 including
days and some evenings. A minimum of one year’s experience is required. Pay is based on
experience. We work hard but we have fun too.
Job requirements include:

➢ Be able to proficiently operate all kitchen equipment including ovens, broasters and dishwasher
➢ Use knives, slicing and other kitchen equipment while standing for long periods of time
➢ Able to lift 25-50 pounds and move from place to place in the kitchen when necessary
➢ Must be a minimum of 16 years old
DISHWASHER
The Dishwasher and Cleaning Team are responsible for washing dishes, food utensils and silverware. Attention to detail and the ability to take and follow specific directions are required. A positive attitude is a must. Pay is based on experience.
Responsibilities
➢ Wash dishes, food utensils and silverware.
➢ Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.
➢ Take out garbage and assist with cleaning.
➢ Be certain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout the kitchen.
➢ Use pre-approved soaps and cleaning chemicals.
➢ Must be detail oriented and ensure that all cleaning standards and procedures are met
➢ Other duties as assigned by management
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, reach, lift and carry
• Able to work in hot and cold environments

SERVERS

Provide outstanding wait service to ensure 100% satisfaction by all customers. Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages. Make menu recommendations including suggestive selling, answer questions and share additional information with all patrons.
